Time (The Hands of Time)
There's nothing you can do, to stop the hands of
time;
they just keep moving forward on that futuristic climb.
They won't stop for anybody and they're never going to wait;
these hands cannot be shaken with a bribe to change your fate.
Each minute-hour-day goes by and was it all a waste;
or did you take advantage of the hours that you faced?
What are your dreams, what are your thoughts, what visions do you see
go after them with all you've got, be all you want to be.
In all the things you do and say, be positive in every way.
Don't let the hands of time go by, they never turn around;
don't live on empty fantasies that never will be found.
The way you live your life and spend your time is up to you;
but make it count for something with the things you choose to do.
Be honest in your dealings, be proud of who you are
treat others with respect, in life these things will take you far.
It's not too late, if in the past you've let time slip away,
as long as you're alive you can make changes now--today.
So time can be your enemy or time can be your friend.
Please make it count for something, before your time here ends.
